I really hate how much weight I put on after my cheat day. It's always the same story. I get to say, 270 lbs at the end of the week, then I have a cheat day, then I weigh 275 at the start of the week...and it takes until Wednesday to get back to 270. After that, I continue to drop for the rest of the week, but it three steps forward...two steps back. Very irritating.

Anyway, I'm 267 lbs this morning. My upper body is adjusting to the changes in my workout. But I'm still a little sore...and weak.

I changed my Tuesday cardio to a recumbent bike to mix things up a bit. Did 30 minutes on it. Pretty good workout.

Weighed in at 266 lbs. Changed my workout for Thursday to treadmill. Now I'm doing something different for all 3 'cardio days'.

Tuesday - recumbent bike (YMCA)
Thursday - treadmill (YMCA)
Saturday - elliptical (home)

Hopefully these are different enough to keep me from getting used to it. The treadmill almost killed me. :P

I cheated a bit last night. Heather couldn't cook and all we had that I could put together quickly was mac and cheese. Bad Bobbo

Wow...I guess my metabolism is still jumped up because I'm responding quickly to being back on the plan. Weighed in at 268 today. One more pound and I'll be back to where I was before I went on vacation. Looking ahead, it is VERY possible that I will be in the 250s by year end.

Chest is sore from switching my upper body workout. The chest fly is killer.

I'm still a day behind schedule, so I'll make up the missing workout on my cheat day.

I had to back down my cardio after being away from it for a month. I'm up to 14 minutes now. I'll do 16 or 17 minutes tomorrow. Next week I should be okay to jump back up to 20 minutes.

Okay...I made a minor mistake with my BFL challenge. I should have started it early enough so my annual vacation didn't interfere with it. So I've been off the plan for over a month. However, I'm not upset about it. I was active during that time and my eating didn't really get that far out of control. So here is the damage...

I weighed in at 272 lbs. That's up 5 lbs....but here is the thing...I gained 5 lbs of muscle mass. So my fat didn't really change in all that time. Sweet.

So I'm back on the plan. Actually, I'm starting a new one. I'm sore already because I switched around my upper body workout and I'm still getting the weight right. This morning was cardio.
