Well...damn. I injured my elbow lifting more than I should or maybe I did it when I was shoveling all that shredded bark for the lawn. Of course I used it as an excuse to go off the plan. It took months but I slowly put all the weight back on and then some. So I am starting all over again. This time, I am being more careful on the weights.

So on day 1, which was 3 days ago, I maxed out at 280.4lbs.

How have I been feeling? Like hell! I get out of breath just walking to the other end of the building. Just getting up from the couch is a chore. Bathrooms and cars seem smaller now. NONE of my pants fit anymore. I am wearing sweat pants all the time now.

But I did drop 3 pounds already. I am on the path. The thing is, I KNOW that it works. It was working great before. I will get back to 252lbs...then I will keep going. My target is still 199lbs.

Okay...I need to redo my weight chart. My goal is 4 lbs per month.
