Darn arms are still sore. Legs are sort of wobbly. LONG day back at work. Today is lower body.

Chicken breast for breakfast
Myoplex shake
Chicken breast and raw carrots for lunch
Myoplex shake
Chicken breast and corn for dinner
12 bottles of water.

1 NAC - Before bed
4 ZMASS-PM - Before bed

I can feel some changes going on. I am making lots of trips to the bathroom. Although, I am not feeling as 'bloated' as when I started. Weighed in after workout. 258lbs. Only 8 more pounds and I will be on target for my goal for the end of the month.
