WOW! My arms finally are giving me a break! I don't know if it's the workout from last night or the new supplement. Still tight and I can feel that I had a workout yesterday but I can touch my shoulder without making faces.

Egg Beaters scrambled eggs for breakfast
Tryoplex bar
Chicken breast and carrots for lunch
Myoplex shake

NOTE: I lost a big chunk of my Journal. I was about half way through February when I stopped.

Oh...the Egg Beaters thing. Yeah...it was pretty nasty. But this was back before I sorted things out. Also, since then I read some info on Egg Beaters. Not really good for you.

This was when I was in the 'I don't know what I'm allowed to eat, so I'll only eat just a few things...or nothing at all' phase. By the time I was done with it I was completely sick of chicken breasts.

My current breakfast is either protein shake if I'm lifting or oatmeal if I'm just doing cardio. And I don't use Myoplex anymore. They changed their forumla about a year ago and it is just nasty.

Now I'm using Matrix 5.0

1 scoop
1 cup of 1% milk
1 frozen banana

It's pretty good.
