WOW! My arms finally are giving me a break! I don't know if it's the workout from last night or the new supplement. Still tight and I can feel that I had a workout yesterday but I can touch my shoulder without making faces.

NOTE: I lost a big chunk of my Journal. I was about half way through February when I stopped.

Okay, I'm am pretty arm free at this point. Maybe I should just learn to feed myself with my feet.

Tonight is upper body again. My arms are still pretty sore from Monday.

My digestion seems to be changing. Probably because of the fiber in the Myoplex shakes. I can feel some new business going on inside. Major reduction in the bloated feeling that I have been getting. And I am not passing gas so much anymore.

Something else that I have noticed. I used to drink 4 or 5 sodas a day. I quit that cold turkey and so far I haven't had a caffeine withdrawal headache. Nice!

Heather insisted on getting my 'before' pictures tonight. We want to get them before I loose too much weigh. I love her for being so supportive. And she pointed out that both my face and upper abdomen were smaller. I knew that I had lost weight from my face, but I thought I was imaging that my upper abdomen was smaller.

Had to pull my pants up a few times today. I didn't think about it at first but these are the same pants that used to bite into me and leave deep creases in my skin if I didn't wear them unbuttoned.

Weighed in at 256lbs.

AHHHHH! When does the pain in my arms let up? I have to type at my job. And I can barely hold up my arms.

Legs are pretty sore. Living in a house with stairs is going to kill me.

Tonight is cardio again. I might have to start without Mike. He has to run home and get his gear. There is the chance he might get snared by his wife and have to skip out. I think I can do my cardio alone. Besides there are lots of coworkers at the YMCA. I am sure some one will keep me honest.

Looking in the mirror, I can see my fat cheeks starting to hollow out. This is the first place I show weight loss. Weighed in at 257lbs.

Stretched and then did cardio...didn't think I would make the 20 minutes. Ended up doing 21. Felt great afterwards. Mike was a no-show.

Darn arms are still sore. Legs are sort of wobbly. LONG day back at work. Today is lower body.

I can feel some changes going on. I am making lots of trips to the bathroom. Although, I am not feeling as 'bloated' as when I started. Weighed in after workout. 258lbs. Only 8 more pounds and I will be on target for my goal for the end of the month.

Arms are pretty sore. I can't touch my shoulders. Glad I am not working today.

We went to the new YMCA today. It's less crowed than the Harris YMCA. Today is cardio day.


20 minutes on the elliptical machine

If Mike hadn't been there, I probably won’t have done more than 5 minutes.

Skipped breakfast...got to stop doing that

This is the beginning. Last time I weighed in (12/15), I was at my max weight of 265. Mike and I went to the gym today. Here is a list of the exercises done...

Upright rows
Bench press
Incline bench press
Lat pull downs
Rows
Shoulder press
Curls
Triceps presses

We did 12/10/8/6/12/12 pyramids. Good thing Mike was with me. I would never remember all this stuff.

Mike expected Chris to show up too. We didn't see him.

Skipped breakfast
Lunch was left over shrimp and potatoes
Had one Myoplex shake
Had chicken breast and corn for dinner
7 bottles of water

Heather helped me by teaching me how to cook up the chicken. She rocks!
